Professional Workflow

Clear Direction from Review to Final Planning

CROSSLINE BESPOKE manages the approved project direction through specification, material, production, and quality review. Each stage is coordinated under one standard of communication and accountability.

  1. Project Review

Project goals, intended use, relevant dimensions, access conditions, location, design direction, and performance requirements are reviewed to define the scope.

  2. Design Direction and Specification

Form, proportions, dimensions, upholstery direction, finishes, comfort, and other applicable details are developed for the approved project direction.

  3. Proposal and Material Coordination

A project-specific proposal or estimate is prepared from the reviewed scope. Applicable upholstery and finish direction is coordinated before production moves forward.

  4. Production Coordination

CROSSLINE BESPOKE coordinates the made-to-order work according to the approved scope, specifications, materials, and quality requirements.

  5. Quality Review

Relevant checkpoints, finishing, and the completed furniture are reviewed against the approved project direction and CROSSLINE BESPOKE quality standards.

  6. Completed Furniture Delivery

Access, location, timing, and delivery requirements are reviewed for the completed furniture.

Completed furniture delivery is coordinated according to the project location, access requirements, and agreed schedule.
